We deliver bespoke packages to each company, and act as your ‘one-stop shop’ for staff wellbeing. Whether it is weekly yoga, or monthly massage, we will work with you to curate a personalised programme that meets the needs of your staff.
Our services are based on the four main elements of human wellbeing: Mental, Physical, Financial and Social, to ensure that your employees receive holistic, comprehensive support.

Prioritising social connections is an absolute necessity in our ever-growing, technocentric world. With more and more people working from home, there are significantly fewer opportunities for in-person interactions.
At Good Company, we are passionate about encouraging employees to work from the office and build cross-departmental relationships to enhance their sense of belonging in the workplace. Building strong social connections at work can enable smoother communication; foster a sense of unity within teams; increase job satisfaction; boost motivation; buffer against burnout; and enhance innovation.

Our Founder
Having spent my childhood years in countries as diverse as Singapore, Denmark and Hong Kong, I developed a sense of perspective and being open to new ideas. I discovered yoga whilst working as a primary school teacher in 2014 and I was immediately hooked! I decided to spend a summer in Bali, at one of the most established yoga teacher-training institutes in the world. I had found my passion! It was also there I discovered the true meaning of the word ‘holistic’. The inextricable connection between mind, body, soul and - the ultimate goal for all of us - total wellness.
Every day, for me, is an opportunity to boost and support my own mental, physical, financial and social wellbeing. And now I have embarked on a career as a Corporate Wellbeing Specialist that allows me to support others to do the same.
Good Company is the culmination of all of my life experiences and learnings. It is my raison d’etre and I am so excited to share my passion! I believe that even the smallest positive changes will yield lifelong personal growth and development - because that’s how I got to this point in my own journey! And ultimately, a happier and healthier staff leads to a sustainably successful business.
