Breath work can be incorporated into yoga sessions, or can stand alone in our breath work workshops. Breathing techniques calm the central nervous system, which boosts serotonin levels. The breath is also a powerful tool to regulate nerves and encourage a focused mind.

Meditation sessions can be incorporated into yoga sessions through a guided body scan. Meditation can also be arranged as a stand-alone workshop. Meditation can directly counteract stress and burnout while decreasing cortisol levels in the body. It can also improve cognition, and help to regulate emotion.
